VNC related issues - What to do from user end

1) Closing command prompt inbetween the vnc session is running

  1. As a standard procedure during VNC sessions, please keep the command prompt/cmd minimized to ensure uninterrupted VNC service.

2) Passwd expiry

  1. While getting passwd got expired indication or expired.

After the password expires in 2 days, the user will encounter the following indication when attempting to log in:
The system will prompt them to change their expired password immediately.
Typical behavior includes:
A message like "Your password has expired" or "You are required to change your password immediately".
The user will be forced to enter their current (expired) password once, followed by a new password (twice for confirmation).
This ensures the password is updated before granting access.

3) cmd command not responding


    1. This is due to the server is not up & running state.
    2. On this Note you've to report it to our support email.

    4) If you face Black screen issue on the interface

    1. Report it to our support@vlsiexpert.in
    2. with a relavent snapshot of it.
